My life is spent helping people and organisations turn their dreams into reality. On numerous occasions this has meant creating organisations and businesses when opportunities were identified. I love business and the opportunity it creates to give people choices. I started my first company when I was 19 years old with my younger brother from a bedroom on a farm in West Wales - I loved it and never looked back! Meeting people, solving problems, spotting opportunities, and inspiring others is the best job in the world. To create wealth and value for my family and the people who've joined our enterprises to make us go faster, do better, be different and grow bigger has brought me great enjoyment and satisfaction.
