I am a French engineer. I graduated 9 years ago from an engineering school in France. My first job was in electrical projects as a technical sales person. I was designing and selling electrical installations to customers, mainly greenfield. Right afterwards, I started my career in Maintenance by managing large sites based team, first in France for FedEx, then Leclerc (French food retailer), then I moved to the Netherlands and managed a team for Albert Heijn (Dutch food retailer). A few months ago, we moved to the USA and I'm a Transition Manager, meaning that I set up contracts by preparing people so they can execute these contracts. I'm coordinating several departments through the company, and the network that I have built throughout the years helps a lot.
