Professional background

Senior Executive and board-level operator with extensive experience of large-scale offshoring outsourcing and shared services transformation/change programmes throughout the full delivery lifecycle. I have been exceptionally lucky to have worked for many household names since graduating from university and completing my MBA. From Unilever, where I started my career as a Finance Manager, to IBM and Ernst & Young where I held Senior Management positions. In 2007 I founded his own management consultancy business delivering transformational Change Management programmes for FTSE listed companies. In 2009 I founded a property services company which has grown from strength to strength in both its service proposition and product offerings.
